Our training & mentorship targets both institutions of higher learning and the youth in high school contemplating careers in the industry. To achieve our objectives we have partnered with and signed M.O.U’s with the following:

International Hotel & Tourism Institute (IHTI).
Kenya Utalii College (KUC).
Wildlife Research and Training Institute (WRTI).
Global Tourism & Travel Partnership (GTTP) for secondary school mentorship.
Amboseli Institute of Hospitality and Technology (AIHT).
University of Embu (UnEmb).
Inaugural Youth Empowerment Program – a Joint training with UNWTO, Kenya Utalii College, Ministry of Tourism and KAWT.

Each year KAWT awards the best female tourism student at Kenya Utalii College and Wildlife Research and Training Institute a certificate and cash price to encourage and motivate other students to excel.
