Membership
KAWT Membership consists of tour and travel operators, incentive travel organizers, conference planners, airline representatives, hoteliers, travel trade media, training institutions, students and other industry related organizations, affiliate associations and individuals from both the public and private sectors.
Individual members - Must hold no less than a Diploma certificate from a well-recognized institution or; - individuals who have no less than 3 years, experience in the tourism and hospitality industry or; - At the discretion of the majority.
Student Membership - those actively enrolled, part-time or full-time, in any program specifically relating to hospitality, tourism or restaurant management.
Membership application is made by filling the online membership form.
Applications for membership shall be vetted and approved by the Membership Committee. An acknowledgment will be sent to the applicant and once accepted by and upon payment of the requisite membership fee.
Each paid-up individual member is entitled to one vote at all annual general meetings of the Association.
